Are you craving for some Chinese food yet? Don’t worry, Mandarin Sky got you covered. They have branches all over Metro Manila and they are ready to serve you! As of this writing, they have branches (with one opening soon).

They have a ton of menu items so I’m just going to list down the dishes I have tried.

Dimsum

1. Pork Siomai
2. Sharks Fin
3. Hakaw (When eating hakaw, the first thing to look at is the skin. It should be of the correct texture and correct thickness)
4. Chicken Feet (Not really a big fan of chicken feet but I liked the sauce)
5. Beef Ball (Not in the picture)

Main Dishes

1. Champagne Spareribs (This is their best seller)
2. Sweet and Sour Pork (My personal favorite)
3. Beef Tenderloin in Black Pepper Sauce (The beef was surprisingly soft)
4. Spinach Tofu
5. Malaysian Squid (Not in picture; but trust me it was so tender and crispy at the same time)

Dessert

1. Mango Sago (This is the only dessert we got but this is the exclamation point!)

Overall, the food and experience was nice. The staff were attentive and the restaurant was really well designed. The interiors give an impression of a really classy but homey feel. 5 stars for me!

Side Note:

Before I forget! Their chili oil is really a good compliment to all their dimsum. IT’S A MUST!!
